Hirefly Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Hirefly ("the App"), operated by Cihan Cihanbeyoğlu ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Hirefly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU) and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Hirefly is an AI-assisted job application tool. You provide your CV and a job posting; the App generates a tailored application package including a role-specific CV, cover letter, match score, interview questions, and interview coaching report.
Hirefly does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome from using the generated content.
You retain ownership of all CV content and job descriptions you provide. By submitting content to Hirefly, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your application package.
You are responsible for ensuring your CV content is accurate. Hirefly presents your existing experience in a role-focused way — it does not add credentials, qualifications, or experience you do not have. You must not submit content that is false, misleading, or belongs to another person.
The application packages generated by Hirefly are produced by AI and are provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting any application to an employer.
We do not guarantee that generated content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific role or employer. AI output may occasionally be imperfect — always review before use.
