Hirefly Privacy Policy
Hirefly ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
a) Account Information
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from your identity provider. We do not store your password. We do not have access to your Google or Apple account beyond what is required for sign-in.
b) CV Content
You may upload or paste CV text into Hirefly. This content is processed by our AI service to generate your application package. We do not store your raw CV text on our servers beyond the time required to process your request.
c) Job Descriptions
Job posting links or text you provide are processed to generate tailored output. This content is not stored permanently.
d) Usage Data
We store the number of application packages you have generated to enforce plan limits. We do not store the content of your applications after delivery.
e) Subscription Data
Subscription and purchase information is managed by RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status from RevenueCat to determine your plan. We do not process or store payment card information.
f) Cache
To improve performance, anonymized request hashes (not your CV text) may be temporarily cached for up to 24 hours.
